Section 14: The beneficiary of a loan guarantee shall reimburse or pay

Government, as the case may be, in such manner as the Minister
shall direct–
(a) all moneys paid by Government to fulfill the
guarantee;
(b) all expenses incurred by Government in
relation to the guarantee; and
(c) interest on all moneys paid by Government
to fulfill the guarantee.
