Section 19, The Public Debt Management Act, 2011.

(1) Subject to this section, a public enterprise may borrowfunds within Sierra Leone up to such limit as may be determined by
the Minister.
(2) All external borrowings of a public enterprise shall be
subject to the prior approval of the Minister.
