(1) There is hereby established within the Ministry, a Public Debt Management Division which shall, under the supervision
of the Financial Secretary, be responsible for the conduct of debt
management activities in connection with Government debt, lending
and guarantees, local council debt and public enterprise debt.
(2) The Division shall be headed by a Director who shall
report to the Financial Secretary.
