The sum of sixteen million, one hundred and eighty-fivethousand, seven hundrcd and forty-two pounds shall be and is
hereby granted to Her Majesty the Qucen, Her Heirs and Successors
for and during the year nincteen hundred and sixty-four/sixty-five
and the same shall be applied and expended in the manner herein
described and for the several services set forth in the First and Second
Schedules.
