The amount from time to time paid for and in respect of Balance atthe expenditure authorized in section 2 shall not exceed in gross that 31st March,
lapse.
Sum of two hundred and ninety-eight thousand, six hundred 1964 to
and ninety-two pounds, during the year ending on the thirty-first
day of March nineteen hundred and sixty-four, and any balances
renaining unissued at the end of March, nineteen hundred and
SIXty-four, shall lapse and shall not be available for making pay
ments in the following year.
