The prohibition contained in subsection (1) of section Exemptions.3 of this Act shall not apply to (b) the Post Office Savings Bank established under the Cap, 161.provisions of the Post Office Savings Bank Act;
(c) any co-operative society registered under the Co- Cap. 253.operative Societies Act.
