House of Representatives " in the third line thereof
of the words approved by the Minister of Finance ,
(6) by the substitution for the comma in the fourth line
thereof of a full stop:
(c) by the substitution for the words but the Governor »
in the fourth line thereof of the words The Minister
of Finance ":
(d) by the substitution for the word " Governor " in the
eleventh line thereof of the words Minister of
Passed in the House of Representatives this 16th day of April, in the
vear of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-four.
