The Force shall consist of a Commissioner, a Deputy Commissioner, and such Assistant Commissioners, Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Bandmasters, Chief Inspectors, Inspectors, Sub-Inspectors, Non-commissioned Officers, Constables and Recruits as the Minister may direct.
