Sherbro Urban District Council (Amendment) Section 5 of the Sherbro Urban District Council Act i hereby amended by M.P. 6/30. (a) the repeal and replacement of subsection (2) thereof hy the following (2) The Council shall elect a fit person from among the elected Councillors or persons qualifed to be elected as Councillors to be President.": (b) the insertion in the third line of subsection (3) thereof immediately after the word Councillors " of the following words or person qualified to Councillor". be elected as Passed in the House of Representatives this 14th day of May, in the vear of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-four.
