Section 2: Notwithstanding the provisions of Part IlI of the Public

Health Act, 1960, whenever a statutory nuisance is found by any Health Officer or Constable on any premises, the owner shall be guilty of an offence under this section and liable on summary conviction therefor to a fine not exceeding twenty leones or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
