The Ports Act, 1964 (Amendment) Decree, 1968 Short title.
Date of
PURSUANT to the Proclamation entitled Administration of
Sierra Leone (National Reformation Council) Proclamation,
1967 " published in the Gazette on the 25th of March, 1967,
the National Reformation Council hereby makes and issues the
following Decree :

Section 2 of the Ports Act, 1964 is hereby amended by Amendmentthe deletion therefrom of the definition of "Minister " and the secton 2of No.
insertion in its proper alphabetical place of the following new s6 of 1964.
