4 (4) A successful applicant who receives a letter of admission under sub-regulation (3) shall communicate his acceptance, in writing, within the time specified in the letter and an applicant who fails to communicate within the time so specified shall be deemed to have rejected the offer of admission into the Sierra Leone Law School.
