Decree No. 4 Sierra Leone 1993 The Income Tax Act (Amendment) Decree, 1993 [Margin: Short title.] Being a Decree to amend the Income Tax Act, Cap. 273 [14th May, 1993] [Margin: Date of Commencement.] Pursuant to paragraph 3 of the Proclamation entitled "The Administration of Sierra Leone (National Provisional Ruling Council) Proclamation, 1992", the National Provisional Ruling Council makes and issues the following Decree:— 4 No. 4 Income Tax Act (Amendment) Decree 1993 [Margin: Repeal of Section 9 (1) (y) of Cap. 273.]
