(l) The Directomte ofNon-Formal and Adult Educationshall be responsil,'le for overseeing adult literacy classes and continuing educatiotr ceffrcs throwhout Sierra L€one. (2) A Continuitrg Education Centre shall bave a management committee which shall assist in the running of the Continuing Educatioa Centre in accordance with laid down rules by the Ministr-v.
