(i) The Minister shall, not later than 90 days after thecoming into operation oflhis Acr, constitute ao advisory body to be loown as the Non- Forrnal Educatiol Comcil. (2) The Non-Fonnal Education Council shatl consist of- (a) heads of the following institutions and agencies or their represerrtatives - (D Sierra t eone National Commission of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation; NorFlotmol Council.
