Section 15, The Parliament Act, 2023

A leader of a party other than the ruling party or theopposition party shall be responsible for -
(a) leading and articulating his party's position
in Parliament;
(b) managing the relationship of his party with
other party leaders; and
(c) providing support to Parliament for the
successful passage of Bills and Motions into
law.
