(l) The Institution shall have anaihninistrative Directorappointed by the Council who shall be the principal adviser to the Director- General on administrative matters of the Institute. (3) The mininum terrns and conditions ofservice ofthe A&ninistrative Director shall be detennined by Council and shall be equivalent to or better than those ofthe Registrar ofNjala University, Univenity of Sierra l*one or other public universities in Sierra Leone.
