(3) The books and accounts ofthe Institute shall each yearbe audited by theAuditor-General or a finn ofauditors approved by him or her and the report of the audit shall be submitted to the Council. 4I. (1) The Director'General shall, within 3 months after the end of each financial year, submit to the S.T.C for the approval of the Council an annual report ofthe activities, operations, undertakings and propelty and finances ofthe Institute for that year. (2) Subject to subsection (l), an annual report shall include - (a) a copy of the audited accounts ofthe Institute together with the audit report thereon; and (b) anyotherreportmadeto orrequestedbythe Minister for the information or consideration of Cabinet (3) A copy ofthe annual report approved by the Council shall be sent to the Minister not later than 4 months after the end of the year to which the report relates and the Minister shall, as soon as possible, but not later than 2 months after the receipt of the report cause the report to be laid before Parliament.
