(1) AmernberoftheCouncilwhohasaninterest,whether Disclosurc ofdirect or indirect, in a matter being considered or to be considered by inter€st.
the Council, shall disclose the nature of his interest to the Council
and the disclosure shall be recorded in the minutes of the Council
and such member shall not take part in a deliberation.or decision of
the Council relating to that-matter.
@ A member ofthe Council who contravenes subsection
(l) shall be guitty of misconduct and shall be removed from the
Council.
