(1) The Chairman, other members of the Board andpersons co-opted by the Board shall be paid remuneration, fees and
allowances as the Board may determine subject to the approval of
Parliament
(2) The Chairman , other members of the Board and
persons co-opted by the Board shall be reimbursed by the Authority
