The Court may, in addition to the functions conferred bythe Statutes–
(a) appoint persons to visit any Campus of the
University with powers to inspect and report
thereon; and
Registrar of
Finance
Director.
Court may
appoint
visitors, etc.
(b) make and discuss proposals for the
promotion of higher education in Sierra
Leone.
