Section 26, The Universities Act, 2005

(1) Each University shall have a Registry which shall beheaded by the Registrar.
(2) Subject to this Act, the Registry shall be responsible
for the administration of the University and shall be run at the direction
of the Vice-Chancellor and Principal.
