Section 5, **The Law Reform Commission Act, 1975** [Margin: Short title.]

(1) There shall be paid to the members of the Commission, and to such persons as may be appointed to serve in committees and sub-committees as provided for under paragraph (g) of section 3 who are not Commissioners, such salaries or remuneration as may be determined by the President. (2) The salaries or remuneration of the Commissioners, and the expenses of the Commission, including the salaries or remuneration of employees of the Commission, shall be a charge upon the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
