Section 42: Each requisition authorising the issue of a sum from the

Contingencies Fund shall specify the head or heads of the expenditure
estimates under which the expenditure of the sum issued shall be
recorded and such expenditure shall be accounted for in the same
manner as if it had been authorised by a Supplementary Appropriation
Act.
