A supplementary estimate under subsection (3) (b) (ii) ofsection 111 of the Constitution shall be submitted to Parliament subject
to subsection (3) of section 112 of the Constitution and shall be
appropriated by a Supplementary Appropriation Act under
subsection (4) of section 112 of the Constitution.
