Section 60, The Government Budgeting and Accountability Act, 2005

(1) Parliament may, upon the recommendation of the Minister, approve the direct adjustment of any financial assets or liabilities of the Consolidated Fund to or from the general revenue balance of that Fund. (2) Any adjustments referred to in subsection (1) shall be noted and explained in the report and annual statement of the public accounts for the year in which they occur.
