Section 28, The Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2005

The competent authority, upon application to a court andupon production to the court of a request, may obtain a warrant– (a) to enter any premises belonging to or in the possession or control of any person named in the warrant and to search the premises; and (b) to search the person of any person named in the warrant, and remove any document material or other thing for the purpose of executing the request as directed in the warrant.
