Section 45, The Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2005

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with anyrequirement of this Act for which no offence is specifically created commits an offence; and any offence for which no penalty is provided shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding thirty million leones or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or by both such fine and imprisonment.
