Section 8, The Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2005

Where under subsection (4) of section 6 or any otherprovision of this Act, the question arises as to the reasonableness of the grounds upon which a decision or an action was taken, that question shall be determined objectively having regard to all the facts and surrounding circumstances.
