(1) The Chairman and other members of the Board shallbe paid such remuneration; fees and allowances approved by the Commission and shall be reimbursed by the company for expenses incurred in connection with the discharge of their functions. (2) Co-opted members of the Board under sub-section (8) of Section 6 shall be paid such remuneration; fees and allowances approved by the Commission and shall br reimbursed by the Company for expenses incurred in connection with the discharge of their functions as the Board may approve.
