(1) The Company shall establish departments as it deemsnecessary for the performance of its functions.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1),
the Company shall establish such departments as the Board may
from time to time determine including-
(a) Water and Technical Services;
(b) Commercial;
(c) Corporate Services; and
(d) Finance and Administration
