Section 51, Act, 2002 (Act No 12 0f 2002);

At the beginning of every financial year or within any otherperiod as the Commission may determine, the Company shall enter into a performance agreement with the Ministry providing for among other things performance targets in areas such as consumer and system expansion, revenue collection, reduction in illegal connection and unaccountable revenue in the specified area stipulated in the First Schedule.
