Section 15, The National Medical Supplies Agency Act, 2017

(1) The Agency shall have the following Departments (a) procurement; (b) operations; ( c) finance and administration; (d) internal audit; and (e) any other department as the Board may deem necessary. (2) Each Department referred to in subsection (1) shall be headed by a Director, recruited through a competitive and transparent process and appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions as the Board may prescribe.
