(l) The Agency shall, within 3 months after the end ofthe financial year, submit to the Minister a report on the performance of its functions during that year and on its policy and programmes. (2) The annual report shall include the accounts and annual financial statement prepared under section 19 and the report of the audit thereon. (3) The Minister shall lay copies of the annual report before Parliament within 4 months after he has received the report. 14 15 Financial year of Annual report.
