(1) The Water (Control and Supply) Act, (Act No. 16 of 1963) is hereby repealed (2) Not withstanding subsection (1), any instrument made or any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the Water (Control and Supply) Act, 1963 shall remain in force and be deemed to have been made under this Act until expressly revoked by statutory instrument made under this Act.
