Section 15, The Sierra Leone Meteorological Agency Act , 2017

(1) The Agency shall have a Director-General who shall beappointed by the Board upon such terms and conditions as the Board shall after consultation with the Minister, determine. (2) No person shall be appointed a Director-General unless he has- (a) a Masters degree in meteorology or a Masters degree in applied meteorology and climate with at least three years proven experience and expertise and (b) proven ability in public administration and management.
