Section 25, The Sierra Leone Meteorological Agency Act , 2017

(1) The Agency shall submit to the Minister a report onthe performance of its functions during that year and on its policy and programmes within 4 months after the end of the financial year. (2) The annual report shall include the accounts and a statement of annual financial position prepared under section 24 and the report of the audit thereon. (3) The Minister shall lay copies of the annual report before Parliament within 4 months after he has received the report. (4) The Agency shall make copies of the report available to all stakeholders once it has been laid before Parliament.
