(1) The Agency may by statutory instrument make Regulations as it considers necessary or expedient for giving effect
to the provisions of this Act.
(2) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1), the
Agency may make Regulations for the purpose of imposing fees
and charges for the issuance of licences under this Act and for
services provided under this Act.
