Section 15: The Academy shall have a Registrar appointed by the

Council, subject to the approval of the Sierra Leone Police Executive
Board who shall, under the direction of the Principal, be responsible
to provide administrative and secretarial services for the Council,
Academic Board, Faculties and other committees of the Academy.
