Section 22, Academy Act , 2017

(1) The Academic Board may by statutory instrumentmake such Regulations as it considers necessary or expedient for giving effect to the provisions of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations made thereunder may provide for the following matters- (a) processes and procedures of the Disciplinary Committee; (b) the teaching courses; (c) the award of degrees, diplomas, certificates and other awards; (d) conduct of examinations; and (e) such other matters as it considers necessary.
