Section 4, Academy Act , 2017

(1) The Academy shall have a Principal who shall be the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, responsible for training. (2) The Principal shall be the chief academic, administrative officer and vote controller of the Academy and shall be responsible generally to the Council and the Academic Board for maintaining and promoting the efficiency of the Academy. 2 3 Interpretation.
