Section 8, Academy Act , 2017

(1) The Academy shall have an Academic Board whichshall be the highest authority on all academic matters. (2) The Academic Board shall comprise the Principal who shall be the Chairman and the following other members - (a) the Vice-Principal; (b) Directors of Institutes and Schools established by the Academy; (c) Deans of all the Faculties; (d) Heads of all the Departments; (e) the Librarian; (f) all members of a professorial status in the Academy; and (g) 1 representative of the Academic Staff Association from each Faculty of the
