Section 8, The Bail Regulations, 2017

(1) Where a court- (a) grants bail;
(b) denies bail; or
(c) varies any condition of bail;
the court shall give reasons for doing so and shall make a record of
the decision.
(2) The defendant shall be entitled to have a copy of the
record referred to in sub-regulation (1) after payment of the prescribed
fee.
