(1) The Company may provide technical services relatingto water supplies to any institution or department of Government on
such terms and conditions as the Company may determine.
(2) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1), the
Rural and Small Town Water and Sanitation Department of the
Company shall provide technical support to the District Councils for
water and related sanitation delivery.
