Section 12, The National Council for Technical, Vocational and Other Awards Act, 2001

(1) There shall be appointed by the Council such other employees as the Council may require for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Act.
(2) Public officers may be seconded or otherwise give assistance to the Council.
