Section 16, The National Council for Technical, Vocational and Other Awards Act, 2001

(1) The Minister shall table before Parliament within six months after the end of each financial year a report on the activities and operations of the Council during the preceding year. (2) The report of the Council referred to in subsection (1), shall include a copy of the audited accounts of the Council together with the Auditor-General's report on it. [Margin: Regulations.]
