Section 23, The Sierra Leone Maritime Administration Act, 2000

(1) The Administration may borrow money required by it for carrying out its functions under this Act or any other law subject to the approval of the Minister as to the amount, the sources of borrowing and the terms and conditions of the loan. (2) The approval of the Minister under subsection (1) may be either general or limited to a particular transaction.
