(1) Every return made in conformity with this Act shall be registered by the Registrar-General in the Register of Newspaper and Magazine Proprietors referred to in section 26. (2) Any person may search and inspect the register referred to in subsection (1) during the hours of business at the office of the Registrar-General and may, on payment of a fee of Le1,000.00, require a copy of any entry in, or an extract from that register to be certified by the Registrar-General. (3) Any fee collected by the Registrar-General under subsection (2) shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund. [Margin: Particulars of printers and publishers to appear on newspaper and magazines.]
