(1) The Commission shall prepare and submit to the Minister, not later than three months after the end of each financial year, a report dealing generally with the activities of the Commission during the financial year to which the report relates, including the Auditor-General's report and the number and types of media institutions granted licences and registration in that year. (2) The Minister shall table the report submitted under subsection (1) before Parliament as soon as practicable.
