(1) The Registrar of Small Arms and Light Weaponsreferred to in section 3, shall establish and maintain a National Register
of Small Arms and Light Weapons.
(2) The Registrar shall, in addition to the establishment
of a register, establish corresponding Small Arms and Light Weapons
registeries in any part of Sierra Leone as he may think fit.
